The training service of Cluster Digital is the entity's bet to contribute to facing the recurring challenges that, especially in the digital sector, represent the management of talent, specifically the shortage of technical skills, the flight of brains, the lack of adequate training, the gender gap and global competition in the search for professionals.
These problems have been evident within the Cluster Digital ecosystem on several occasions, the result of own activities or collaborations, and have also served to detect certain common training needs in the sector.
With this aim, from the Cluster we promote continuous training and create spaces dedicated to highly focused and adapted training to meet the specific needs of digital companies.
This course focuses on the objective of knowing how to implement agile management in the organization of a company, on the advantages compared to a traditional hierarchical organization, the steps to follow, the operating methodology to be implemented, the management of the change and the benefits that are obtained.
The objective of the course is to learn to identify the main cybersecurity and privacy problems that we can find in IoT environments, industrial environments and using mobile devices; also to explore the world of Blockchain technology, identify the different types of Blockchains that can be found, analyze the advantages they offer and evaluate their possible limitations.
Training program aimed at managerial and managerial profiles. It consists of 8 days of interest in the Digital area with master classes taught by a high-impact expert from La Salle, real use cases and soft skills sessions.
Moodle-based platform where the Digital Cluster has been able to count on knowledge and experience in the field of Acceleralia's learning management systems, a partner company.

The Digital Cluster is a meeting space formed by a group of companies, entities and research groups with a connecting link " ICT".
It brings together start-ups, SMEs and large companies and other entities to boost the competitiveness of the Catalan ICT sector, promoting a new business culture based on collaboration and open innovation.
The members of the Digital Cluster of Catalonia agree in their general assembly on the strategic objectives of the organization and choose the Board of Directors that must take the appropriate initiatives to achieve them. The Board of Directors is made up of professionals representing the organizations that compose the cluster and meets periodically.
The Cluster also has an Advisory Board made up of 10 representatives of the Board, the companies in the cluster and other public administrations. They help us enriching the strategic approach of the Digital Cluster.
